We offer a 1-Year Warranty against defects on our products and services. If you’re having a problem with your item, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover errors in installation. Please take your time and if you need assistance, please give us a call. We’re more than happy to help.

Returns / Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a Refund or Exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or other proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, we’ll initiate a refund via your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card issuer / bank, this may take a few days.


You will be responsible for paying the return shipping on your item. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer a refund on shipping costs, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If we’re sending you a repaired or exchanged item however, we are more than happy to pay for the shipping to get it back in your hands.
